Quick
Light and easy. Amazingly fast.

  1. Light stainless steel! Easy to carry and workability is HIGH!

Because it is stainless steel, it is light and a single worker can handle it.

Stainless steel is made by adding chromium to iron so that it does not generate rust. In addition to corrosion resistance, it has superior characteristics such as heat tolerance, workability, and strength. In particular, pressure resistance is almost twice that of iron pipes, and the flow coefficient is low (smooth flow), so reducing thickness and diameter are possible while maintaining the same strength.

That’s why it’s so light! It is easy to carry, handle, and operate. In addition, it can reduce costs, both material costs due to weight reduction and construction costs.

  2. Easy and convenient to handle in narrow places.

It is possible to temporarily assemble the piping at a narrow site, and then perform tightening after moving it to the location for installation.

At a new construction site, a specific workspace can be secured. However, the space for working may be limited when performing repairs and additions.

In such cases, O.N. Fittings and stainless steel pipes are light, requiring a minimum number of workers to handle and move in a narrow site.

Similarly, when assembling the pipes at another location and moving them for to installation, there is no need to for many workers, contributing to cost reduction.

  3. Because of high strength, it is possible to reduce the thickness. The weight is only 1/3 of that of carbon steel pipe, and construction is easy.

There are so many advantages of constructing piping facilities with O.N. Fittings and stainless steel pipes, among which light weight is the one that maximizes the benefits of stainless steel. The inner diameter is only 1/2 to 1/3 compared to other types of pipe. In addition to strength and smoothness, considering the “corrosion cost” is not necessary, allowing the pipes to be even lighter.

  4. The problem of training of skilled workers is also solved!

With aging of skilled pipefitters in the workforce, it is necessary to train their successors. However, such work is considered “3K” in Japan (dirty, hard, and dangerous) and is not very popular. However, training of new pipefitters is easy with O.N. Fitting, since it is easy to learn and there is no danger, as open flames and oil are not required.

  5. Use a minimum number of workers and save time from cutting/expanding pipes to assembly and transfer!

Prefabrication by cutting and pipe expansion according to drawings can be done in a piping factory, followed by assembling a unit and final assembly on site because it is lightweight. It is also possible to get the maximum achievement from a minimum number of workers and save time.

    • Use the special limit gauge to check that the pipe has been expanded correctly. As pipes are aligned by size, a beginner can perform this work easily.

    • Tighten the cap nut with the special "Nice wrench". Since it is a special wrench, work efficiency is increased and anyone can do it easily.
