Eco-friendly
Safe stainless steel.

  1. Hygienic stainless steel that does not create red or blue water due to corrosion of steel pipes.

Red water is reddish brown tap water caused by iron rust due to water pipe corrosion, dead microorganisms, and bacteria contained in tap water.

Blue water is generated by a small amount of copper ions when carbon steel pipes are used as hot water pipes. However, stainless steel pipes resist contamination and have excellent corrosion resistance to avoid generation of red and blue water.

  2. Stainless steel is environmentally friendly and has a long service life!

Stainless steel is a nearly 100% recyclable metal. It is not likely to rust and has a long service life. Therefore, it can be recycled many times and does not reduce natural resources.

Thus, stainless steel with superior characteristics is used in various fields. It is widely utilized from cutlery on the table to piping that is usually invisible.

Thus, earth-friendly stainless steel materials will be actively utilized as next generation resources.

  3. Suitable for recycling, and it has a longer service life than the building!

There are various methods to estimate the life of buildings, and it is currently assumed that the average life of a wooden house is approx. 64 years. On the other hand, the service life of stainless steel piping is said to be indefinite.

Even if a house is demolished due to age, stainless steel can be recycled and can be reused many times. Therefore, it is an earth-friendly material.

  4. As open flames are not used, it is convenient for repairs and washing is significantly reduced!

As it does not require use of open flames such as arc welding, it is very safe and convenient for work environments such as repairs or renovation. As oils are not used for conventional thread cutting work, tasks such as washing can be greatly reduced and work can be conducted in an eco-friendly environment.

  5. Prevents deterioration of piping for compressed air and dry air!

With conventional welded pipes, air leakage due to deterioration of joints part consumes 15 to 20% of the air from the compressor and increase the cost of electricity.

As no air is lost through the O.N. Fitting, it reduces electricity costs.
