1964 December Establishment of O.N. Industries Ltd. (capital: 3 million JPY) at 4-216 Higashi Awaji-cho, Osaka City
Started manufacturing and sales of screw joints, valves, and pumps
1967 January Completed the Tsuyama Factory at 466 Kobe Tsuyama City, Okayama Prefecture, and started operations
1967 February Increased the company’s capital to 6 million JPY
1969 October Concluded an alliance for pump manufacturing and sales with Halhathy Pump MFG. Co., Ltd.
